The Auto 66 Club was formed in June 1966, hence the name. A group of enthusiasts keen to see Cars and Motorcycles being catered for under the same roof formed the club. In the first couple of years the main events were small car rallies, treasure hunts and vintage events for cars and motorcycles. Since 2006 the club have been putting all their efforts into development of the circuits introducing more safety measures at the same time, keeping on top of the normal action packed seasons events.

Formed in 1903, the ACU has a long tradition in the world of motorcycle sport being a founder member of the World Governing Body, the Federation Internationale Motocyclisme (FIM).
